If you are a businessman, a company, or just a social media marketing professional, you must be aware of the potential of a Facebook post.

Like every successful business, you must have a business profile or page; if not, you are missing a lot, my friend! Create a Facebook page and start tapping into the social media market.

Facebook is a global brand, and the most potent arrow in its quiver is the worldwide audience. The rapidness of life becomes a hindrance when trying to post for specific regions or time zones.

Before you start banging your head, there are several ways to schedule posts on Facebook.

  • Facebook comes with a built-in scheduling tool.
  • You can go for a third-party social media management tool like Adublisher.com, and schedule posts on Facebook with Adublisher

What are the benefits of using a scheduler?

Instead of bothering with the publishing tasks, you can take a chunk of your time once, create your posts and schedule them for future publishing. This will free up your time for other essential matters like business growth.

A schedule allows you to contact your audience regularly without causing any hiccups. Your brand is working even if you are taking a nap.

Posting at peak hours also benefits your lead generation and creating a long list of potential customers.

Meta Business Suite, formerly Facebook Business Suite, is a free built-in scheduling feature that allows businesses to schedule their posts for the future.

If you are a novice to this, let me help you.

Create a post on Facebook. (Step 1)

The first step is to have a Facebook account and Page. The next step is to go to your page and click “What’s on your mind?”.

Once you click here, a new popup will open, allowing you to write your post. Here you will see a highlighted link, “Meta Business Suite”, Click on the link.

Clicking on the link will take you to your Facebook Business Planner page. In the right corner, click on the “Create” button.

Clicking on the “Create” button leads to a post-creating dashboard where you can write exciting captions, add media like images and videos, and post them on your selected page.

Schedule your post. (Step 2)

Once you have created the post, reviewing it and seeing how it will look on a customer’s screen is vital. If you feel any changes are required, now is the best time to round the corners. Once the draft is ready, you can have three options:

  • “Publish now”,
  • “Schedule”,
  • “Save as Draft”.

The “Save as Draft” button saves your post for future use.

“Publish now” will publish your post instantly.

The “Schedule” button will allow you to schedule your post for the future.

Click on the “Schedule” button and move on to the next step, where you will enter the time and date when it will be posted.

Make sure you have a good grasp of where your majority customers and potential aspects lie, and then finalize the time of posting. Enter the date and time and click “Save”.

If the free scheduling option of Facebook is available and easy to use, why should I even consider going for a third-party scheduler?
